Michelle Clarke founded JM Management Inc. as the result of an insightful observation. She was inspired by Cincinnati's local music movement which contained many artists very passionate and driven in their self- expression/promotion. After interviewing a handful of members, she noted a key missing element. Many individuals were frustrated with having to wear many hats and lacking the support/tools need to achieve their goals. In partnering this category, the aspiration was to create an environment for networking and exchanging information in a comfortable forum.
As a former New Yorker, now living in Cincinnati, Michelle has worked with Executives at major domestic organizations. She was called upon to communicate, plan, organize, negotiate and participate in decision making at high levels. These roles have paved the way in making this agency's service offering "best in class".
